What is FPX? Why do I have to go through ToyyibPay to pay?
FPX (Financial Process Exchange) is a payment gateway which allows online payments to be made instantly from anywhere, using current account or a saving bank account.
ToyyibPay is a trusted trading gateway in Malaysia. ToyyibPay will become an intermediary which helps to move your money (customer) safely to us (seller).
Can I pay by Credit Card without a PayPal account?
Yes. You can pay by credit / debit card via the Raudhah Pay payment gateway.
2% will be charged for each successful transaction. If you don’t want to be charged, you can opt for free transaction fee payment methods such as FPX, Maybank QRPay, CDM or Online transfer.
Out Of Stock Policy
What if I made a pre-order, but I was informed by the Nuremporium crew that the item has run out of stock?
Due to overly high demand and supplier factors, some products may run out of stock. Usually, we will notify you on the estimated time when the product will be back in stock.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
In the event of a stock outage or a price hike (by the outlet), we can cancel your order and give you a full refund. But you can also ask for an exchange with another item OR you can also choose to wait until the item is restocked.
I’m interested in item X, but it is out of stock. Can I still do pre order?
Yes. If you are willing to wait until the item is back in stock, you can pre order. However, we cannot guarantee the stock will surely be available, because it is beyond our control but our supplier. If there is a product that no longer exists in stock, we will notify you immediately so that you will not be disappointed.
Cancellation/ Refund/ Warranty/ Defect/ Wrong Item
What happens if I receive a damaged / incorrect item?
We strive to provide the best service to our customers. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped to customers.
However, in the event of a malfunction during the transit, exchange of item or refund can be made for the following reasons:
– If the shipped item is damaged.
– If the shipped item is different than requested.
What is the procedure if I want to claim for defect?
1. Send information as proof of defective product, as follows.
– Order number.
– Contact name and phone number.
– Pictures of defective product(s).
– A little description of the damage you saw on the product.
2. Return the item to us in the original condition as it was when you first received it.
Then we will personally assess the damage on the product and we will offer you a full / partial refund depending on the severity of damage on the item OR we will offer an exchange OR a Store Credit. All damage requests must be made within 3 days upon receipt of the item
I received the item 1 week ago but I just found a damage on the product. Can I ask for a refund?
Our apology. As stated in the terms & conditions, all refund requests or exchange must be made within 3 days upon the receipt of item.
Is there any kind of damage that is not accepted?
Yes. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, after-use or installation mistake that comes from the customer.
How long does it take for me to get my money back?
Refunds will be made via the original payment platform as when the product was first purchased by a customer. It will take up to 7 working days. Please note that, the amount of refund depends on the condition of the product returned by customer.
Do all your products have warranty?
Product warranty (if any) will generally be void upon purchase by us, unless the manufacturer or the product itself has a worldwide warranty.
